Data East Power Supply Capacitor Repair Kit for Board 520-5047-0X

This is an RTBB Capacitor Kit to suit Data East Power Supplies 520-5047-01 and 520-5047-02.

As with all components in our kits, we only use the Highest Quality – Nichicon, Panasonic, Chemi-Con, Kycera and Rubycon.

Kit Includes;

C1 – 1x Nichicon 1,000uf 25V – 10000 Hrs @ 105°C
C2 – 1x Nichicon 100uf 63V – 5000 Hrs @ 105°C
C3 – 1x Panasonic 47uf 63V – 5000 Hrs @ 105°C
C4 – 4x Chemi-Con 4,700uf 25V – 10000 Hrs @ 105°C
C7 – 1x Kyocera 330uf 25V – 5000 Hrs @ 105°C
C8 – 1x Nichicon 150uf 160V – 12000 Hrs @ 105°C
C10, C11 – 2x Nichicon 220uf 200V – 10000 Hrs @ 105°C
C14, C15 – 2x Rubycon 22uf 50V – 10000 Hrs @ 105°C

Notes:

C10 and C11 vary on original boards. Some may contain 100uF or 150uF capacitors instead of the schematic value. This Kit supplies 220 uF/200V, which is considered a suitable replacement.

Using a higher voltage rating is safe if the capacitor fits physically, we never use a lower voltage rating. We use preferred 105°C, low-ESR capacitors. As with all board work, observe polarity before soldering.

Our Kits have been fully tested on all three Data East Boards – 520-5047-01, 520-5047-01 and 520-5047-02.
